i read creatives exercise book ( only 1 In day and didn't getting any progress)
Whatever thoughts or emotions you may have it's nothing more than some chemical processes in your brain. So close your eyes watch your breathing process and let that chemical chaos pass. If you think that won't help you, do some exercise first.
