Bro, D2C is a bloodbath in India. You might not want a big brand, but even surviving in this space is a fight. Protein powder? Saturated as hell. But if you can find a niche, like plant-based or something desi ayurvedic, you could stand out. Just don’t expect ₹5L profit that quick unless you’ve got a serious plan and funding
