The question is a bit confusing. if i get it right. you want to give a certificate for interns and in the certificate you need to put stamp and esign. esign is not needed in interns certificate unless your trying to verify them globally. stamp and

You can just Type/ mention that you're recognised , DPIIT and MSME CERTIFIED There's no such logo of recognition it's a certificate with a number. but you can include.there logos.
