I have a SAAS product idea, have a registered company, received COI, startup India certificate, dpiit recognised. so looking for pre-seed funding, to prepare a prototype. please guide me on where to pitch and if there are any ways possible, else is it better to take out a business loan? let me know if you have previous experience in this

DO NOT TAKE A LOAN, there are govt programs like startup india sead fund or state govts programs too that give 10-15L rupees...and saas toh should be profitable yaar, so you only should need enough money to build and host this initially..rest toh you will start earning from subs. Or at least that's how it should be

Why do you need funding or loan to build a SaaS? If you are not a tech guy then get some tech guy as cofounder and build it. And before building it, launch it through some waitlist or prototype etc
