1. If your startup is not registered then it's not a startup 2. Funds needed will be industry dependent (Spacetech will need heavy funds compared to AI). Equity depends on valuation. Valuation depends on your expertise, novelty of idea, the market and current execution status

When startup go for funding they get their funds from investors for some equity so if the enterpreneur gives his equity to the investor so in next funding round do investor has to dilute their equity too? or just the enterpreneur?
