Bro equity is expensive, but bad equity or money from the wrong people, that’s a disaster. 😅

If you’re giving up over 20% at this stage, future funding rounds could leave you with scraps. Nobody wants the founder to be left powerless by Series A

Keep it tight, bro and give away 10-15% equity during the pre-seed round. Becausw you’re selling a vision, not a fully operational machine, so don’t dilute too much early on.
