i have appointed a known website to register my company i paid them hefty amount now they are asking more money under the name of company dsn, startup certificate, & startup india approval,dpiit recognition , website, tax exemption , marketing cloud funding, pitch deck , audit relief schemes, 80 iac. and few more services its known brand but still m not ready until I see my company registered. can anyone here please share their opinions & thoughts on this.

This sounds fishy. Did you get anything in writing about the services and fees upfront? It's important to have a clear contract,don't pay anything further

firstly you need to analyse that is all these things are included or non included in your previous pack ? If included then professionally ask them to do the work and if you just want company registration then stop simply tell them that do my company registration only

Depending on Where you are in India, 1st get a Trade licence, 2nd Get GST No., 3rd Go to Ministry of Corporate Affairs & Register your Company. You can do it yourself.
