I kinda Screwed Up, My Fault. so What we want is Stamp of govt of India and msme so I told a CA that we need msme registration and said fee is just 1500 and only Aadhar Card is required. So now for those stamps or e sign them we would be needing for

The question is a bit confusing. if i get it right. you want to give a certificate for interns and in the certificate you need to put stamp and esign. esign is not needed in interns certificate unless your trying to verify them globally. stamp and your normal sign is enough. stamp you can go to any shop and get it done. Director (any designation which you want to put) _______ name of company

You can just Type/ mention that you're recognised , DPIIT and MSME CERTIFIED There's no such logo of recognition it's a certificate with a number. but you can include.there logos.
