I was in the same dilemma when I was starting my startup at 19. But we ended up spending our own money to develop the prototype. Nearly 1L. Hired interns, freelancers and cloud-expensive stuff. Lol, what not? Nobody is gonna give you 60k just like that to develop an MVP. Use your tech friend, use AI for coding, and use free dev resources online. That's it.
