We are currently only two Guys in our Startup Me and my Tech Friend. We want to make a Prototype and now and let's say we need a funding of nothing but 50-60K then What are the requirements that I should have with me and how and where to approach for it.

I was in the same dilemma when I was starting my startup at 19. But we ended up spending our own money to develop the prototype. Nearly 1L. Hired interns, freelancers and cloud-expensive stuff. Lol, what not? Nobody is gonna give you 60k just like that to develop an MVP. Use your tech friend, use AI for coding, and use free dev resources online. That's it.
