A new chapter begins today. Our journey with a leading Turkish Armoured Vehicles brand comes begins. A few months ago, we we were approached by the brand through our Turkish Legal Partners with a complex US trademark Office Action alleging "likelihood of confusion". With a solid strategy and compelling arguments, we successfully addressed the issue for the brand. This victory paves the way for a broader partnership as we've officially secured a retainer to protect their expansive US trademark portfolio. Excited for this new chapter! PS- Its a Turkish Brand expanding to the US, nothing related to India.
