So I found 2 interns for a company, Both were in college. One was from Delhi University, second one was from neersa monji. Both were hired in a good position in the company , and then later both the interns started dating each other after 15 days of work and then they both fought and left conpany as they both couldn't stand each other. Now my reputation in market has gone down, how can I fix this problem.

Now this is unique problem for something which you shouldn't be blamed. It's those two problem that they fought to the point to left their intership. I believe nothing more can be done in case like this other than trying again. This won't happen always and the reputation of yours will heal overtime naturally.
