During my job interview at my previous company a couple of years ago, the HR asked, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" I responded with a generic answer about fitting into the company culture and envisioning personal growth within the organization. I was hired, but I resigned last September. In the interview with my new organization, the same HR was present. We both identified each other immediately, There was a long pause and then she asked, "So, where do you see yourself in 2 years?
