As a startup hiring an agency to develop a website has been a challenge. I once hired an agency from Calcutta with the full faith that they will maintain confidentiality. Unfortunately they participated in an event and presented the idea to a large audience just to get brownie points for themselves. The day part was they just were not ready to give any favourable assistance in the development process as any newbie would need to understand. what would you do to solve all the development challenges?
