My first employee was an unexpected one 😔 Being bootstrapped, I was confused what to pick: 1️⃣ Interns? Low budget but very low professionalism 2️⃣ Part time? High professionalism but low commitment 3️⃣ Full time? Paisa nahi hai 🤑 4️⃣ Equity based hires? Very very tricky I think I made a bad choice here. Bulk hired interns and promised the top 3 a full-time role. Got decent folks at the end but several interns wasted good opportunities. What are your thoughts?
