So during my business project, I hired a group of interns to do it (all were in college) and mostly same age. There was guy, he was extremely Hardworking, always willing to work. But it was his habit, to always get appreciation for even little things he did , he would be like Guys I did this , and I deserve all credits for it..this was possible because of me. All members got annoyed, even though he deserved full credit. So everyone trolled him and made fun of him and majiourity signed an application that they can't work with him. He had tk leave. Who is right here ? Who is wrong? What happened with him was right?
