My balance in union bank of india is 1470 after I recharged my phone with 208 plan but my balance updated as 1143. It suppose to be 1262. And now having a difference of 118.
How it happened I don't understand

Multiple reasons- Minimum balance clause (if any) might have cause penalty. Recurring subscriptions might have caused it. Check your bank statement to understand what happened. It must be listed there for sure.
