Is work-life balance even possible in reality? You often hear people saying, "I need a company/job that provides me with work-life balance". When you genuinely love something—whether it’s your work, your choices, your necessities, or your loved ones—you find a way to manage everything. If you don’t love your job, you won’t want to stay there even for a minute. That’s when the craving for a different environment, like being at home, comes in. Alternatively, you look for other ways to enjoy life—like hanging out with friends, watching movies, or exploring hobbies. Solve the root cause of the problem. First, ask yourself: Do I love what I’m doing, or am I doing it just for external factors like money or other reasons? If it’s the later, then there’s no point in complaining. It’s important to rest, of course. But if you’re doing something you truly love and are willing to pour your heart and soul into it, then the term “work-life balance” might not even exist in your dictionary.
