Anupam Mittal might be forced out of Shaadi.com? WestBridge had invested ₽166 crore in the Shaadi.com back in 2006, with the expectation of an exit within 5 years. Fast forward to today, and that exit still hasn't happened. Now, WestBridge is invoking a drag-along clause, which could force Anupam Mittal to sell his shares against his will. To make things even more intense, WestBridge is considering selling its stake to Shaadi.com's biggest rival, Jeevansathi.com. If this deal goes through, Anupam Mittal could be removed from the very company he built. Could Shaadi.com end up in the hands of its competition?
