Exactly, I've seen a lot of my friends planning to start one app for everything or a kind of super app concept. Rather than focussing on everything at once, i would prefer focussing on one specific niche and then after it has a good userbase, slowly expanding to the next one, where there's an opportunity, that's what Zomato is doing now, started off as a restaurant recommendations kind of app, then moved into the food delivery, later acquired blinkit, now going for the ticket booking sector. Indeed, a great example i would say.

Dunzo tried, miserably failed

I think the use cases for both are different. I open Amazon for high ticket items, whereas quick commerce is still a novelty

In India’s diverse market, there’s always room for new players, but writing off established brands like Licious is premature. The market will evolve, and so will the players in it. But i'm sure zepto will come out with white labelled stuff
