Exactly, I've seen a lot of my friends planning to start one app for everything or a kind of super app concept. Rather than focussing on everything at once, i would prefer focussing on one specific niche and then after it has a good userbase, slowly expanding to the next one, where there's an opportunity, that's what Zomato is doing now, started off as a restaurant recommendations kind of app, then moved into the food delivery, later acquired blinkit, now going for the ticket booking sector. Indeed, a great example i would say.
