See firstly it's not operating totally as app, so consider yourself as in very initial stage and calculate the total revenue and profits till date and based on that value your company 2x the revenue. Search for a co founder, explain him what you have done so far and revenue and profits, explain about the MVP and then give him equity, not more than 45% also make sure that he is all in in the company and is willing to invest good amount

I am not good at fights, also it's hard to find some goons in city, but you can hire them in rural area to fight with you. Just don't hurt the other party too much.

Keep sharing about your work with precision on what you doing and how you doing. The more eye you will catch sooner or later you be spotted by great person will be intrested to join you himself. For equity sharing since product is not ready you will be seen as very initial stage and 5k users in 4 weeks on WhatsApp might not sound very good traction and so, you can consider him giving 40-50% for CTO and all the others things such as marketing, finance and operation will be handled by you. You can explore vesting and Clawback clause options to make sure co founder is trusted. Other things in your post which is missing is your business model and idea detail which is what one intrested person might be looking for.
