Bro what I am saying is that the people here on Medial are quite skilled and many of them are in colleges and while they have skills then why are they not getting the internships from their cllges so is it a flaw from cllg side if not then what exactly is wrong

To be honest what they teach you at colleges is BS, companies require you to be active in various fields / skills / urge to learn etc. For example companies nowadays are dealing with AI tools while we are stuck with C# and C++ etc. When a recruiter sees your profile on the campus they expect you to be self-taught in multiple fields or atleast having an ambition to atleast have started to learn something. Today’s generation lacks that, they tend to enjoy their college life and pass out just on the basis of what they have learnt in the collg and not learning anything more.
