To be honest what they teach you at colleges is BS, companies require you to be active in various fields / skills / urge to learn etc. For example companies nowadays are dealing with AI tools while we are stuck with C# and C++ etc. When a recruiter sees your profile on the campus they expect you to be self-taught in multiple fields or atleast having an ambition to atleast have started to learn something. Today’s generation lacks that, they tend to enjoy their college life and pass out just on the basis of what they have learnt in the collg and not learning anything more.
