Confused with these two options 1) Should Incorporate my Startup and work on making a MVP with interns and having trials with it before going to the investors and stuff 2) Having a great Pitch Deck, Research and all , having all the knowledge and directly going infront of the Investors for an Ideation Stage Funding. ( I am creating a platform and bringing together Hospitals , clinics and Test Labs. Digititalizing the whole industry by introducing EHR and reducing waiting time by booking Appointments online )

I'd ask them to explain a complex concept from their field to me as if I'm five years old. If they can break down something like async/await or blockchain in simple terms, it shows they truly understand it.

Forget technical questions, I always ask: 'Tell me about a time you royally screwed up a project and how you fixed it.' Their answer shows problem-solving skills, ability to admit mistakes, and how they handle pressure. Plus, everyone's messed up, so if they say 'never', they're lying or haven't done anything challenging
