Need your thoughts 💭 guys for my startup 💡 "Finding a job without experience is hell. While internships can help, getting one is also a big challenge, especially for students from Tier-2 and Tier-3 colleges. This is my startup idea: 💡 InternPoint—a platform where students can create profiles based on their interests and skills. They can take skill-based tests designed by our team and prove their value through their scores. We then connect them with companies and startups looking for skilled freshers as interns. The higher you score, the better your chances of getting an internship. We directly refer top-performing candidates to companies. I believe this can truly solve the problem. What do you guys think?"

that's amazing and you don't have to guarantee that they will get the job you can say that in your advertise but as you see that companies have a right to choose anybody they can choose your candidate or they can go on college farms or other places where they think they can find best for their company so company chooses you you have to do one more thing you have to make contact with the companies and make them your client and then you sign the MOU , then candidates have a greater chance of getting a job in the companies and you can also make sure that they will get that job and companies will not go on other places and ignore you or candidate and then you can guarantee give a guarantee to the customer that if you enroll in our job portal you will get the job
