What IT companies truly need is some skilled based teaching centre that could train young professionals to be job ready from day one and can start getting ROI for companies because right now the training period only goes on for months. Instead of helping them hire based on AI resume/cover letter, maybe solve the bigger problem of them wasting time and resources and paying salaries to people still in training phase.
