As an indian I can confirm that all the mentioned points are correct. Though i feel that if you give enough vale for money, Indians will buy it. And i personally like to try new apps and brands a lot (for some reason)

but Most Indians switch to new brands and app just for lower prices. But Like for eg, there's DMart. Since it's the cheapest, most won't shift to anything new I try different things just to try. So there's a difference

See that's true! But let's take example of OTT after using Netflix for one month as I see that hot star provides more movies which I want in less price then I would immediately switch It is all about comfort, availability, price and quality/service provided.
