but Most Indians switch to new brands and app just for lower prices. But Like for eg, there's DMart. Since it's the cheapest, most won't shift to anything new I try different things just to try. So there's a difference

See that's true! But let's take example of OTT after using Netflix for one month as I see that hot star provides more movies which I want in less price then I would immediately switch It is all about comfort, availability, price and quality/service
