I was reading one review on the Play store for a subscription based model. The user was complaining, I am not using service on a daily basis so why pay monthly or yearly charges? My question to such users, do you daily watch movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video ? "सब कुछ फ़ोकट में चाहिए" what kind of mentality is this with Indian users?

what you said is correct. but depending on what that service is - may be a long-term subscription is not needed. and there are business that have understood this and have designed their plan to solve that exact problem. for example canva offers plans for a day, for a week, for a month and for a year - that too without any auto renewal. may be at times such user feedback - how stupid they sound - becomes that basis of a new disrupting startup that makes the solution to that stupid feedback their USP. they say customer is the king. and the king is always right. stupid - may be. but always right. that's my point. and obviously anyone can differ. would love to hear what others say.
