Hired for NextLevel, tossed to a language learning app project that got shelved, then shoved into a random SaaS startup Graphy- all in 6 months with 10 different managers! What an absolute circus for the $3.5B "unicorn". Instead of a cohesive strategy, Unacademy jerks employees around like disposable clowns and throw them off. They're a tragicomic big-top, scrambling reactively from one disorganized pivot to the next buzzword that catches their eye. No direction, just whimsical decisions that treat workers as punchlines for managerial incompetence. Bravo Unacademy, you've taken "unicorn" to unique levels of shallowness. A clown show where the joke's always on your employees. Reacting erratically amid billion-dollar valorization while churning through staff - what an utter joke of a company! (Note: not recently, their get rick quick scheme started ‘22)
