I usually don't send DMs on LinkedIn, I send it directly in mail But the thing is, while applying to roles which require 1+ years of experience, junior HRs will cut us off just by looking at our work ex in my opinion Could you please share what specifically has worked for you??

Also bruh emails are waste of time. I say just do cold dm. Atleast you can track of how many even seen your msg.

Bruh 😂, I am the worst at this. Actually I don't even do that stuff. Let me tell you what happened: My friends friend a girl does this and she shared some profiles to us. We did the cold msg. Here 2 boys and 1 girl. We have done 200 cold dms. Guess what? In that 200 her msgs have been seen by 78 recruiters and for both for us not even 20. She even got a job by that and the same recruiter not seen our dm at all. We even messaged same day. Then I got to know how rigged it is for women and it's very weird and very very bad feeling I got at that moment. Then onwards i never done this thing and even I hate that.
