Hey guys idea validation My experience with problem - I spend 7-8 hrs non - intentionally) on insta , Facebook, youtude( short form content) it is very addictive. I often feel my energy level down if I don't watch that . Problem - mobile addiction let start with you You open insta just random without even thinking of why did I open insta for chat or story then after 3-4 min you scrolling time short after that but the app I want to build will work like when you opens insta for example you have to take or ten sec deep breath than ai ask ex- why are you open it ? Option 1- chats 2- story 3-other 4- randomly Follow would be like how long do you intend to use it? Then options . then we send reminder after the intended time like ex - you want to exit it Or for random option ex - you do not want to use it it's your addiction - wants a tect person who can work with me

Hi buddy As Nawal this app idea not gonna work, because human mind will find a way to do what it need, eventually after 4-5 days people will uninstall the app or they keep ignoring that daily limits pop up message from the app, even I’m doing a small research on the same topic, your post give me a point, thanks for it,

I think its very early to say this app will work or why not you should build this app. You don't Need to care to much about there ux make this and check there functionality. If you will make that automatically you think let's add some feature on it and who knows one of that feature will get market fit or something like that
