Need some advice regarding cold emailing. As a fresher it is really difficult to land full time employment roles by just applying on LinkedIn/ job portals. We need to stand out by showcasing that we're really interested in a particular job... I've been cold emailing founders, recruiters, senior staff of a particular role since the last three weeks I have received only 4 replies out of like 50-60 mails. It would really helpful if a senior could give some advice or review my mails. Thank you!!!

Ok, I am not a senior still trying to help. So cold emailing works only your profile is very great. Also don't cold email people who have very high followers. They may still have 1000s of unopened dms so the chances are very less. Try to go with some junior hrs. They have time, empathy and feels great that someone reached out and you have some chances. But still the probability of you getting a reasonable job in this market at the moment through cold emailing is very tough. As everyone doing. Note: the probability of you getting a job by cold emailing is very high if you are a female.

Stand out with specifics. Don't just say you're a "hard worker." Give concrete examples that demonstrate your skills/traits.
