Understand your core culture and promote them across towards the whole desk. Hustle is indeed a trend but burn out too comes out from this trend , offer reasonable timeouts and leaves to ensure that the employees don’t burn out. For agencies dealing with content always preplan with content calendars especially for the fixed occasions so that you don’t create last minute panic for the output. While hiring talent make sure not to go with just the fany jargons, if hiring developers make sure to have sample tests ready to actually test their skills thus getting you skilled employees. Policies/discipline/transparency and open door management ensure that the team is strong and it sticks together
