my company does not listen to me I am suggesting improvement but they don't listen to it. should I include it without telling them.

Don't give suggestions. Just do work they've assigned to you and chill. Don't think that if you suggest good things then you'll be promoted or anything else. Promotion depends on so many other non-work related stuffs. (Office politics)
