This is what I was talking about—these so-called managers put immense pressure on employees and play endless office politics. Hardworking, honest employees with straightforward thinking are often overlooked, underappreciated, and treated like slaves. Instead of recognizing their dedication, they're burdened with more work while those who play along with the politics get all the rewards and promotions. It's a toxic environment that stifles growth and morale.
