Zepto’s work culture is toxic. Don’t expect any work life balance, you will have to work on holidays if required. Most senior management lacks experience, high level of office politics, regular removal of people they don’t “like”. The good this is competitive salaries but good luck with the appraisals. Appraisals are low and slow. 10-12 hours of work is common across roles apart from the managers ofcourse. Only people who gel well or butter the senior management can expect good appraisals. Find something better guys. All that glitters is not gold.
