I'd disagree with a lot of people's opinions here. Being a high growth startup and work life balance isn't mutually exclusive. Quite opposite infact. If you want to make a high growth startup you need a driven team. If you want a driven team you have to take care of them. If you as a founder or manager cannot make your team driven towards sustainable fast growth and have to resort to working 8+ hours and weekends that's your managerial failure.

Work more hard man, don't keep crying. It's a startup, do you expect them to pay you while you fuck around?

That's also what is expected when ppl drool at 'startup experience' and want huge esops to grow to crores. Brand, paisa, chill kaam sab chahiye - mehnat nahi karna.

Was seeing recent posts everywhere how they are sneakingly asking users to tap on free delivery button even after users have paid for Zepto Pass.
