Fear-based leadership or management does not work; it may in the short term, but the quality of work will be average at best and never sustainable in the long run. It’s pretty amazing that many people in management and leadership positions will resonate with creating an environment of fear to get their people to work. I don’t understand it. All the research in the world has proven that fear-based leadership or management does not work. It may in the short term, but the quality of work will be average at best and never sustainable in the long run. Never settle for a toxic, fear-based organization; it’s not good for your professional development, health, and energy. There are many options out there; take advantage of them because you deserve better. This is why Shri krishan took Arjun Rath in middle of battle field and gave him Gita Gyan. Gita to my understanding is not about Karma but an attempt to remove any fear from Arjun mind before start of Battle.
