Too much supply benefits no one. There are already so many turfs in Tier-1 cities, more and more will kill the market and no one will earn profits. In tier-2, there's not enough turfs but the tier-2 is highly price sensitive and tier-2 people mostly relocate to tier-1 for their respective jobs. Analyse it accordingly.
