https://www.bluelearn.in/ - this is the one , Not to defame them or something , according to economic times , they have raised $3.5 million which is equivalent to some 30 CR INR Investors blindly investing in a startups based on the founders background but down the line ,it's actually the value that matters Also marketing themselves as India's largest - people not from Bangalore barely know about this app Atleast they could spend things in marketing Improving product with no new users The one good thing about bluelearn was it discord server Atleast there was the community that was active and events where conducted bringing renowned guests , now they are not doing that as well This is completely my perspective, not to harm anybody .I may be wrong , open for corrections

Considering I have raised 1Cr for my venture - how much should I offer to a fresh graduate from Tier 1 college for the founders office role? I need to know the fair compensation in terms of cash + variables + esops.
