Is truf bussiness actually profitable ? I see lot of videos over the internet claming profits in lakhs/pm atleast in cities like Bengaluru. If yes, What is the min investment required and and what could be the profit margin? Can peple make money if the rent the land ? Or is it just over hyped ?

Too much supply benefits no one. There are already so many turfs in Tier-1 cities, more and more will kill the market and no one will earn profits. In tier-2, there's not enough turfs but the tier-2 is highly price sensitive and tier-2 people mostly relocate to tier-1 for their respective jobs. Analyse it accordingly.

1. Yes 2. About a cr, or more depending on the location, the margin isnt much bit overtime it’s recouped, say 5 years max. 3. If the land is yours, yes there is an advantage.

It’s soo overhyped, ESPECIALLY in Bengaluru, every third street has a turf, though there is a lot of demand if places strategically. But you’ll have to know how and where to catch a pulse.

Personally I don't find turf business very profitable compared to things you can do on same land and be more productive. As turf is only successful when it is nearby offices/ housing societies or have a good connectivity. If it already has such advantages, it becomes a prime location due to footfall potential, hence in long term even a thela can earn significantly more than a turf can. But you can do it out of passion or if you have your own land but again, do weigh potential earnings before investment.

These people are unable to manage normal railways and they are aiming for fancy transport. The over hyped Bullet Train project is far far behind schedule and it's costs has risen several times. Don't know what these people will do with the hyperloop
