I see, then, if we are having multiple approaches for single problem then learn about diff methods and stick to the one which is suitable to you. This might help, bcz this doesn't only happen in social media but also in the real world, there are soo many alternatives for a single product, take an example of a simple toothpaste, there are so many brands offering you the same toothpaste ehich has the slightest differences, but you still choose and use one right - how? U see which is the most convenient and suitable for you and then buy, u have options and alternatives in each and every sector be it in learning or anything There are plenty ways to approach your problems u should choose the best one. this is not a problem just faced by social media but in real world too

In today's world, people already dealing with stress and then seeing lots of alternatives make more tensed. Sometimes choosing an alternative is not so easy. It even led to more stress after searching and searching. It also has a positive impact , it improves one's research habit and provide more information. Talking about the simple toothpaste , it can be easily changed. It don't require much time. People use the toothpaste that provides them satisfaction , the pleasent smell after doing it (ingredients matters too). Real world problems and virtual img world are different, how can we compare them?
