I completely agree. The infrastructure in cities like Mumbai and Delhi is under immense pressure. The population growth is outpacing the development of new roads, public transport, and housing. If we don't start focusing on developing tier-2 and tier-3 cities, we might see a collapse similar to what happened in Detroit.
