Essentially, they charge a subscription right, the redemption cost of the membership is pretty higher than standa, which means, whoever looses the opportunity cost on the membership, say, couldn’t use it fully due to tight schedule. They make money there. Plus you’ll see there’s this whole multiverse of things you can get inside a cult fit gyms, over which they get okayish margins
