I have a startup idea that involves creating a web or mobile application that allows users to purchase a membership for a specific gym. However, unlike traditional gym memberships, this app would offer flexibility by allowing users to access other gyms that are partnered with the platform.For instance, if someone needs to travel to a different city or state, they wouldn't be restricted to just their home gym. Instead, they could visit any participating gym within the app’s network, using the same membership. This concept aims to provide convenience and flexibility for people who travel frequently but want to maintain their fitness routine without having to purchase multiple gym memberships.

It would only work if you start distributing revenue between the gyms. It might work on a chain of gyms of same company but if you are trying to bring them all under your hood, its hard because no one wants to share their profits. Why would I as a gym owner get alongside you, if someone already comes to me why would be happy to share him with someone else. and if someone is not coming to me already the benefit might be that someone new is coming but then their daily rate is high. Secondly Gyms work by selling membership to people cause it is profitable in a longer time period compared to short time frame that's why prices are high for a daily purpose. Last Gyms works for a local area, so having popularity doesnt help cause then also people who are 5km away wont come because its far. People only put in these efforts for gyms that are much more than machine and have additonal activites and clubs, but such gyms are already brands and they have there own distributions.
