Interesting conversation going on here..I believe it’s just a community driven thing, the one which is currently working. They have a lot of people parked outside. But it can only work in urban areas, because Outside tier 1 cities, making connections and community feeling comes subconsciously, not by branding, so a normal gym works out.

Absolutely works.

Only works because it’s not just a gym. It’s drives a certain kind of lifestyle.

Essentially, they charge a subscription right, the redemption cost of the membership is pretty higher than standa, which means, whoever looses the opportunity cost on the membership, say, couldn’t use it fully due to tight schedule. They make money there. Plus you’ll see there’s this whole multiverse of things you can get inside a cult fit gyms, over which they get okayish margins

It grows eventually. They have a great mission and the prices seem very affordable but I never used them. They will expand more and will eventually become a legacy brand in my honest opinion.
