Interesting conversation going on here..I believe it’s just a community driven thing, the one which is currently working. They have a lot of people parked outside. But it can only work in urban areas, because Outside tier 1 cities, making connections and community feeling comes subconsciously, not by branding, so a normal gym works out.

I mean it's still in my mind why would I leave my local gym, my already well established friends and community and join some overexpensive over featured cult.fit gym membership or whatever they provide
