Surrounding matters a lot !! Surrounding refers to the people, the environment (such as the room), and the conversations around you. You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. This is true. ↳ For instance, if you are not a health-conscious person but the people around you frequently talk about the workouts, and healthy diets, there’s a high chance—about 5%—that you will eventually try to follow a healthy diet or start working out. ↳ If your room is decorated with gym posters, gym mat on the floor, and your gym clothes placed visibly, all these elements will subconsciously motivate you to start exercising. ↳ The most effective influence, however, comes from being part of a community of health-conscious and fit individuals. So, if you want to develop a new habit or achieve a goal, modify your surroundings (like your room) to align with that goal and permanently immerse yourself in a community of like-minded individuals. and make it permanent 🖤
