I feel branding and positioning of their products in the market. Like eg : premium or affordable.
You can't position a premium product in India 2 or 3 segments and last mile delivery, it even plays a huge factor in profit margins.
I had MVP in B2B Logistics industry but the margins are very less only 5%.
Can I go for this or try something to increase margins.
Basically its a marketplace like uber for trucks but in B2B segments.
